1. 주문 취소

• 상품이 배송 준비 중으로 전환되기 전에는 마이페이지 > 주문내역 또는 고객센터를 통해 전액 취소하실 수 있습니다.
• 이미 발송된 주문은 취소가 아닌 반품 절차로 진행됩니다.
• 취소가 접수되면 결제하신 수단으로 3영업일 이내 환불 처리를 요청합니다. 카드사·간편결제사의 내부 처리 기간(통상 3~7영업일)이 추가로 소요될 수 있습니다.

2. 반품 및 환불

• 상품을 받으신 날로부터 7일 이내 반품(청약철회) 신청이 가능합니다.
• 표시·광고 내용과 다르거나 계약 내용과 다르게 이행된 경우에는, 그 사실을 안 날 또는 알 수 있었던 날부터 30일 이내에 신청하실 수 있습니다.
• 반품 상품이 도착하여 상태 확인이 완료된 후 3영업일 이내에 환불해 드립니다.
• 환불은 결제하신 수단으로만 처리됩니다. (신용카드 / Alipay / WeChat Pay / PayPal / 계좌이체 등)
• 무통장입금으로 결제하신 경우 환불받으실 계좌 정보를 알려 주시면 해당 계좌로 입금해 드립니다.

3. 배송비 부담

• 단순 변심·사이즈 교환 : 왕복 배송비를 고객님이 부담합니다.
• 상품 하자·오배송·파손 : 배송비를 포함해 전액 당사가 부담하며, 교환 또는 전액 환불 중 선택하실 수 있습니다.
• 무료배송으로 받으신 주문을 반품하는 경우, 최초 발송에 든 배송비가 환불 금액에서 차감될 수 있습니다.

4. 반품이 제한되는 경우

• 고객님의 책임 있는 사유로 상품이 멸실·훼손된 경우 (단, 내용 확인을 위한 포장 개봉은 제외)
• 착용·세탁·수선 등 사용으로 상품 가치가 뚜렷하게 감소한 경우
• 시간이 지나 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 상품 가치가 감소한 경우
• 고객님의 주문에 따라 개별 주문제작·맞춤 제작된 상품 (주문 전 별도로 안내하고 동의를 받습니다)
• 택(tag) 제거, 세트 상품의 일부 누락, 사은품 미동봉 등 원래 상태로 반환이 어려운 경우

5. 링크 결제(개인결제)로 결제하신 경우

• 맞춤 견적, 오프라인 매장 상품, 해외 고객 결제 등으로 결제 링크를 통해 결제하신 건에도 위 규정이 동일하게 적용됩니다.
• 결제 전에 상품명·수량·금액·배송 조건을 안내드리며, 결제하시면 본 환불규정에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.
• 취소·환불은 결제하신 수단(신용카드 / Alipay / WeChat Pay / PayPal 등)으로 원거래 취소 방식으로 처리됩니다.

6. 해외 배송 주문

• 해외로 발송된 주문의 반품 배송비와 반송 과정에서 발생하는 관세·통관 수수료는 고객님 부담입니다.
• 수입국에서 부과된 관세·부가세는 당사가 환급해 드릴 수 없습니다.
• 결제 통화와 환불 통화가 다를 경우, 카드사·결제사의 환율 및 수수료에 따라 환불 금액에 차이가 생길 수 있습니다.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (English)

1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled in full at any time before the item enters preparation for shipment, through My Page or by contacting us. Once shipped, the order must be handled as a return. Refunds are requested within 3 business days of cancellation; your card issuer or payment provider may need a further 3–7 business days to post the amount.

2. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Where the item differs from how it was described, the period is 30 days from the date the discrepancy was or could have been discovered. Once the returned item arrives and is inspected, the refund is issued within 3 business days to the original payment method only (credit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, bank transfer).

3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping for change of mind or size exchange is paid by the customer. For defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items, we cover all shipping costs and you may choose between an exchange and a full refund. If the original order shipped free of charge, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items damaged or lost through the customer's handling (opening the package to inspect the item is fine); items visibly reduced in value through wear, washing or alteration; items whose value has fallen so that resale is no longer possible; made-to-order or customised items (this is stated before the order is placed); and items that cannot be returned in their original condition, such as those with tags removed or missing parts of a set.

5. Payment Links

The same policy applies to purchases paid through a payment link (personal payment) for custom quotes, in-store items or overseas customers. Item, quantity, amount and delivery terms are confirmed before payment, and completing the payment is taken as acceptance of this policy. Refunds are processed as a cancellation of the original transaction to the same payment method (credit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, etc.).

6. International Orders

Return shipping and any customs or clearance fees arising from a return are paid by the customer. Import duties and taxes charged in the destination country cannot be refunded by us. If the refund currency differs from the payment currency, the final amount may vary with the provider's exchange rate and fees.
